What information does Daily Planet collect from our users and how do we collect it?
Daily Planet Virtual Services only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event they have signed up to receive information or have committed to a web site creation or maintenance contract. We collect personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online invoicing. Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our service info and name, postal address, and credit card information when purchasing our services. All of this information is provided to us by you.
Sensitive credit information is not stored on this web site. This information, if requested is stored by our merchant service provider – http://authorize.net
How do we use this information?
This information is used for internal marketing purposes only, for facilitating the administration of Daily Planet business, and for providing services or other opportunities. Daily Planet Virtual Services does not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit data, etc.).

Your information is stored ONLY at the invoicing server that delivers regular invoices and/or estimates (https://freshbooks.com). Daily Planet will endeavour to maintain personally identifiable information in accordance with internal policies and procedures governing use and disclosure of confidential information. Those policies and procedures are designed to help prevent unauthorized access to this information.
