All work carried out will be charged hourly (broken down by 6-minute increments on your invoice).

All time is billed in 6-minute increments while work is being performed.

Most virtual assistants generally charge by the hour with rates ranging from $45.00 to $100.00 per hour (depending on services offered and skill sets).

Rates displayed on this web site are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) for all Canadian clients or U.S. dollars (USD) (for clients outside of Canada). Time is tracked and reported to you monthly or bi-weekly by FreshBooks online time tracking and billing.

As your virtual assistant, Daily Planet Virtual Services breaks down all chargeable services as 6-minute increments (based on the pre-negotiated hourly rate).

You only pay for the services that you need (and for the time you require).

We will always tailor our services to fit within your budget.

Please note that Daily Planet Virtual Services requires that 5% G.S.T. be charged on all invoiced services (Canadian customers only).
